Growing up I never really gave a shit what I was wearing. I liked baggy shirts and skinny jeans but I never really cared what they actually looked like. I got that from my mom who never was a fashion girl either.
I guess when I was like 15 or something like that I discovered that fashion can be fun. I liked things that looked weird, I liked unique cuts and unusual colours. The love for these things stayed with me until this day and I'm rather glad they did. I love mixing patterns and colours to paint a new picture. Of course, coming from a small village you'll get weird looks and people will talk but hey, at least I can brighten their dull days with my colourful outfits.
Ich bin ohne jegliche Interesse an Mode aufgewachsen. Hauptsache meine Oberteile waren weit und meine Hosen eng. Ob das ganze Ensemble zusammenpasst war zweitrangig. Ich denke, dass hatte ich mir von meiner Mutter abgeschaut, die hatte nämlich eine ähnliche Einstellung zur Mode.
Als ich dann so ungefähr 15 war, entdeckte ich dass Mode eigentlich interessant ist und dass sie Spaß machen kann. Ich mochte Sachen die anders aussahen, einzigartige Schnitte und ungewöhnliche Farben. Die Liebe für jegliche bunte Sachen ist mir bis heute geblieben und ich bin echt froh drum. Ich mag es einfach Muster und Farben zu vermischen und ein neues Bild zu malen. Klar, wenn man vom Lande kommt wird man eher von oben herunter dafür beäugelt aber hey, ich bin froh den langweiligen Alltag dieser Personen interessanter zu gestalten.
